Art of Tea
While all tea comes from the Camellia Sinensis plant, each of the three variations of the Camellia Sinensis (Chinese, Indian, or Hybrid) has different sized leaves and grows at different elevations. Dolce Vita uses tea that grows at high elevations, where it's protected from the sun by the mist and dew of the mountain. The humidity helps to keep a consistent temperature so that leaves and buds can mature and develop at a slower pace.
Sourcing these select leaves is the first step in bringing our customers the finest tea in the world. The next step is the careful processing of the leaves, controlling the level of oxidation and just the right way to dry each leaf.
