While all tea comes from the Camellia Sinensis plant, each of the three variations of the Camellia Sinensis (Chinese, Indian, or Hybrid) has different sized leaves and grows at different elevations. Dolce Vita uses tea that grows at high elevations, where it's protected from the sun by the mist and dew of the mountain. The humidity helps to keep a consistent temperature so that leaves and buds can mature and develop at a slower pace.
